As a non-licensed property manager, we offer co-hosting services via STR platforms, and individual property long term lease care. Through years of hands-on experience, we are able to provide you with top-tier expertise and customer service for your property rental and homecare needs in BC.

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to participate in some truly fascinating journeys, which have deepened my appreciation for the comfort and security of a well-cared-for home—no matter how long the stay. I love meeting new people, sharing laughter and stories, and exploring a world of diverse cuisines—always best enjoyed with a great glass of wine.
I feel deeply grateful to call British Columbia home. With ancient forests to wander and the vast ocean just beyond my doorstep, I never have to look far for inspiration or peace.
As the sole proprietor of Property-Concierge, I bring a background in corporate events and customer relations to create exceptional, trustworthy experiences rooted in professionalism and respect.
My goal is to ease your responsibilities—helping generate passive income, while ensuring your guests experience the convenience and comfort of home.
